I am proud however, of the design on the lining of his cloak. I wanted to make it elaborate, but I was concerned about ruining the shading, etc., I had done on it. But I decided to bite the bullet and put a design on it. It's not perfect, but I'm happy with it.
There's also the hammer...the intent was to make the hammer head look like it was made out of a chunk of marble. This was another experiment--I was tempted just to make it white and highlight the edges, but I decided to take a risk and put some more detailing on it. I think this one came out pretty well.

love quartered patterns, i would never have though to use green but i think in this case it works. he looks good bro, well done.
Thanks! I used green because he's the 4th Company captain, and that's the color of Codex Chapter 4th Companies.
